Q: What can I send by Post or Courier service?
A: Whilst we would love to be able to send and fulfill all your order requirements, we are unable due to certain product types to post certain items overseas. www.postoffice.co.uk/letters-parcels/mailing-guide/restricted-and-prohibited-goods.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Vzusa processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays. It is our objective to ship all orders within two business days after they are processed.
Q: How will my order be shipped to me?
A: Vzusa uses Royal Mail, My Hermes, & other relative shipping partner service for shipping orders, which can take up to 15 business days.
Unless otherwise noted, our company will make the best efforts to dispatch your ordered item(s)for deliveries within the UK to be typically received within 2 to 3 days of shipment of the order. However please note that this can take up to 15 business days depending on the item ordered. Product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as “out of stock” on the Site. Our company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in dispatch or delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number assigned to your order and the courier company used to send your order.

UK Delivery
Standard Delivery within the UK £3.50 Delivery time 3-4 days
First Class Delivery within the UK £5.90 Delivery time 1-2 days
Priority Delivery within the UK £7.10. Next day delivery by 1pm. Order must be placed by 1pm. Priority delivery is only available Monday to Thursday.
Subject: Changes to Special Delivery Guaranteed
In light of the changing coronavirus restrictions announced on Saturday 19th December 2020, we have made the difficult decision to make the following changes to our timed guarantees for our Special Delivery by 9am and 1pm services:
For Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted on Wednesday 23rd December we are suspending our delivery guarantee.
While we cannot currently provide a guarantee that items posted on Wednesday 23rd December will arrive prior to Christmas due to the impact of the new coronavirus restrictions, we can assure you that we will be endeavoring to deliver all items as quickly as possible. We know how important this is.
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted up to and including Tuesday 22nd December remain unchanged.

Europe Delivery
Standard Delivery within EEC from £11.50 Delivery time up to 15 days depending on the local delivery service within your country.
Expedited Delivery within EEC £39.50 Delivery time 12 days. Delivery by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other courier service.
Rest of the World
Standard Delivery Rest of the World from £16.10 Delivery Time up to 20 Days
Expedited Delivery Rest of the World £55.09 Delivery 12 days. Delivery service by DHL, TNT or other courier service.

International Shipments: Europe and International shipments are sent using Royal Mail International Signed for services. A tracking number will be forwarded to you once your order has been shipped. You, the recipient, are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes on the products sent to you.
Our company strictly observe legal requirements in both our and your country. However, we recommend that you check the importation regulations of your country to verify the laws of ordering online pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter medication from abroad. The buyer is responsible for determining and abiding by his/her country’s importation regulations.’
Please note that due to the industry and laws we abide by our company reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product dependent on customs regulations of the delivery address.
If Goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges, and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that the United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply
Expedited Shipping: Within the United Kingdom items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery.
For Europe, deliveries are sent via UPS/DHL/FedEx or other courier service and delivery time up to 15 working days.
Rest of the World, deliveries are sent via UPS/DHL/FedEx or other courier service and delivery time up to 12 working days
Please note that next day/second-day shipping is not available for orders to the Outside the United Kingdom. The expedited options for these two countries are sent via EMS Global Priority. Please confirm with us your destination country before request for courier service.
All orders are sent on a 48 Hour service unless the additional premium for a next day service has been selected. Please note that “Next Day” does not necessarily mean you will receive your order the day after you have paid. The dispatch of your order is dependent on the time your order is placed and works load etc. Once the item is in the courier’s network, we are unable to influence the time of delivery if it has been delayed for reasons beyond our control. Please be aware that, as a 1st Class postage stamp, if the delivery is late there is no refund for the delivery service. It is not a guaranteed service. Guaranteed premium services are available, (see below)
Guaranteed Time Specific Additional Delivery Services-
Couriers’ standard delivery charges are for Monday to Friday collection and delivery service. We cannot give a time of delivery, nor can we guarantee the day.
If you require a premium service such as “Before 10 am next day”, “Before 12 pm Next day” or “Saturday Delivery”, we can arrange it but please message us for a quote first as there will be an additional charge payable. Premium services are a Guaranteed service which means if it fails to turn up on the day requested through no fault of your own, the courier will reimburse the cost of this service.
Orders for the expedited service must be received before 12:00 to enable dispatch of order on the same day.
Orders containing prescriptions and other medicines require a signature on delivery. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office, members of your family or your local post office.
Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.
All BPFO orders will be sent by Royal Mail Super Saver Delivery.
Heavy Parcels
We charge a delivery fee of £2.95 for heavier parcels (over 1.0kg and up to 2kg) within the UK. For packages to the EU, there is a charge of £15 for packages over 0.5kg and up to 1kg and to the Rest of the World this charge is £20 for packages over 0.5kg up to 1kg. A member of the customer care team will contact you regarding the weight surcharge fee and weight of your item before we complete your order process.
However, where a customer chooses to split an order then for the EU there is an additional £10 charge and to the Rest of the World £14 per package sent. (This option may not be available for all orders).
Return
All of our cosmetic products and supplements are not returnable and not refundable.
For all the service you booked, any reschedule or cancellation is free of charge and the fee will be refund to you in one month time.
For the beauty device, the customer can return the device in its original package and condition, our customer service team will then check the return product properly. Any damage of the product or packaging may be resulted in deduction of the refund. The customer is responsible for the postage fee for returning the products.
